This page has been moved to the Customer Support Portal. The portal allows you to:
- Access Our Enhanced Knowledge Base – Quickly find solutions in our new Knowledge Base. This new version includes a new search capability and the ability to rate articles.
- Submit Support Tickets – Quickly and easily submit tickets online and check their status, through our portal. To streamline resolution, we also allow you to upload files and add notes to tickets.
- Manage Contacts – Add, update and remove contacts at your organization that manage your relationship with Evault, ensuring that appropriate individuals access EVault resources.
- Download products – Leverage all new features and fixes, by having access the latest upgrades and patches.
To obtain access to the new Customer Service Portal please contact your internal EVault administrator, EVault Customer Service at 1-866-855-9555, or EVault Technical Support at 1-866-570-2839.
